New Garden Office Development “Butterfly Gardens” in Rancho Committed to Sustainability and Community Collaboration

Burbank (CA) – Today, developers who own the right to purchase the property at 910 S. Mariposa St. in the Rancho, unveiled their plans to build a low-density garden workspace called “Butterfly Gardens.” Intended for local creatives and community members, the project features small indoor/outdoor offices to connect the workspace with nature.

“Butterfly Gardens is an innovative local workspace inspired by the Rancho neighborhood of Burbank,” said Garen Gozumian with Butterfly Gardens, LLC. “We are guided by the principles of sustainability and responsible development to realize a low-impact project.”

The developers plan to implement solutions that will preserve the safety of horses and their riders - a priority issue for Rancho residents. The actions listed on the developer's website include implementation of the Mariposa Street Bridle Path Project and construction-related mitigation efforts, among others.

“We respect the horse-keeping character of the Burbank Rancho and know horses have the right of way,” said Charles Boyajian with Butterfly Gardens. “We are committed to open and sustained communication with the community to integrate neighborhood voices.”

The developers have also set ambitious sustainability goals they plan to achieve through on-site renewable energy, sustainable materials, water conservation, and multi-modal transportation.
